聚氨酯有机硅共聚物在棉织物上的应用研究

摘　　要：采用自制有机硅聚氨酯整理剂对棉织物进行处理,通过探究轧余率、整理剂用量、预烘温度、焙烘温度和焙烘时间对自制有机硅聚氨酯整理剂在棉织物上应用效果的影响,测试织物手感、白度、强力、抗皱性、亲水性等指标。结果表明:与市售氨基硅油柔软剂SOFT8468的应用对比,织物手感高半级,抗皱性,耐洗性更优。Self-made organic silicon polyurethane finishing agent was used to treat cotton fabrics.The influence of pickup,dosage of finishing agent,pre-heating temperature,baking temperature,and baking time on the application effect of self-made organic silicon polyurethane finishing agent in cotton fabrics was studied to test the hand feeling,whiteness,strength,wrinkle resistance,and hydrophilicity of textiles.The results show that the self-made organic silicon polyurethane finishing agent is superior to amino silicon oil softening agent SOFT8468 on the market in respect of hand feeling(half grade higher),wrinkle resistance,and washability.
