摘  要:碳纤维连续抽油杆具有强度高、耐疲劳、质量轻、耐腐蚀等优点,在石油机械领域应用广泛。但是,其特殊的结构导致在作业过程中产生振动,无法用传统钢制抽油杆的振动方法进行计算分析。通过重新构建碳纤维抽油杆的结构模型,求解微分方程、分析阻尼影响及作业过程中碳纤维连续抽油杆在两种边界条件下的振动特性,得出在阻尼强制振动的情况下相位差的区间范围及相位频率曲线的变化趋势,得到了碳纤维连续抽油杆的振动方程,并提出了其共振条件。此算法可以用于分析碳纤维连续抽油杆的振动,对于碳纤维抽油杆的应用提供帮助。Carbon fiber continuous sucker rod with high strength,fatigue resistance,light weight,corrosion resistance,etc.,in the field of petroleum machinery widely used.However,its special structure led to vibration in the course of the operation,cannot use the traditional steel sucker rod vibration method for calculation and analysis.Based on the above-mentioned problems,the structural model of carbon fiber sucker rod is reconstructed to solve the differential equation,analyze the influence of damping and the vibration characteristics of carbon fiber continuous sucker rod under the two boundary conditions.In the case of damped forced vibration,the interval range of phase difference and the trend of phase frequency curve,the vibration equation of carbon fiber continuous sucker rod is obtained,and its resonance condition is put forward.This algorithm can be used to analyze the vibration of carbon fiber continuous sucker rods and to help the application of carbon fiber sucker rods.
