摘 要:可钻式涡轮是新型套管下入工具旋转引鞋的动力来源。为提高可钻式涡轮水力性能,并控制工具串长度,基于NUMECA软件对不同高度的定子和转子叶片进行了高度优选。研究结果表明:随着定子高度增大,可钻式涡轮的转矩、压降、轴向力呈增大趋势,定子对流体加速效果先增大后减小;定子高度12mm为最佳值。随着转子高度增大,可钻式涡轮的转矩增加,且增幅随着转速增加而减小;压降和轴向力逐渐增加,且增幅随着转速增加而增大;转子高度为14mm时,涡轮的水力性能最佳,流场分布更加合理。所得结果对新型套管下入工具研制具有参考价值。The drillable turbine is the power source for the rotary turbine reamer shoe which can successfully run the liner to the target depth.With the NUMECA software,the height of the rotor and stator's blades was optimized in order to improve the hydraulic performance of the drillable turbine and reduce the length of the string.The results show that with the increase of the stator's height,the accelerated effect of the stator on fluid firstly increases and then decreases.The optimal height is 12 mm.As the rotor's height increases,the torque of the drillable turbine increases,but the amplitude will be smaller gradually with the increase of rotary speed;the pressure drop and axial force increase,and the amplitude will be larger gradually with the increase of rotary speed.The hydraulic performance of the drillable turbine is the best when the rotor's height is 14 mm.The flow field is more reasonable at the same time.The study could provide references for the design of the rotary turbine reamer shoe.
