塞来昔布对创伤性异位骨化模型大鼠的BMP-4影响

摘　　要：目的为探究塞来昔布对创伤性异位骨化大鼠模型的BMP-4的影响。方法该研究于2016年5月—2017年4月给予该院建立的创伤性异位骨化模型大鼠予喂食塞来昔布,分别采取喂食2周、6周、10周的不同方案,通过实时定量PCR及western blot实验,检测模型大鼠跟腱组织BMP-4的表达含量。结果塞来昔布处理后大鼠,实时定量PCR及western blot显示:相比于于生理盐水处理大鼠,塞来昔布处理大鼠跟腱组织BMP-4的表达明显下调,并且随着塞来昔布处理时间的延长,BMP-4的表达也相应的下调。Objective This paper tries to explore the influence of celecoxib on？BMP-4 rats with traumatic heterotopic ossification.Methods In this study,from May 2016 to April 2017 in this hospital,the traumatic heterotopic ossification model rats were to feed celecoxib,respectively feeding for 2 weeks,6 weeks,10 weeks,the expression of BMP-4 in Achilles tendon tissue was detected by real-time quantitative PCR and western blot.Results Real-time quantitative PCR and western blot showed that the expression of BMP-4 in the rat achilles tendon was significantly lower than that in the rats treated with celecoxib,and as the time prolonged,the expression of BMP-4 was significantly decreased.Conclusion Celecoxib can interfere with heterotopic ossification by reducing the expression of BMP-4 in rat achilles tendon tissue.
