摘 要:目的分析儿童泌尿道感染的病原菌分布以及耐药性,为临床医师科学合理的选择抗菌药物提供基础和保证。方法该文方便选取2016年6月—2017年6月期间在该院接受儿童泌尿道感染治疗的患儿52例作为实验研究的对象,对其中段尿标本中分离出来的病原菌进行统计和分析,按照《全国临床检验操作规程》进行细菌培养以及菌株鉴别,采用制片扩散法进行药敏实验,结果判读严格按照美国临床实验室标准化委员会制定的相关标准进行。结果该次实验研究中共有患儿52例,检出病原菌52株,革兰阴性菌33株,所占比例为63.4%,其中大肠埃希菌所占比例最高,革兰阳性菌18株,所占比例为34.6%,其中屎肠球菌和粪肠球菌所占比例最高,真菌1株,所占比例为1.9%,泌尿道感染病原菌对常用的抗菌药物均产生了不同程度的耐药性。结论儿童泌尿道感染的病原菌种类有很多,以大肠埃希菌、屎肠球菌以及粪肠球菌最为常见,其耐药性呈现出了上升的趋势,应该根据药敏结果合理的选择抗生素。Objective This paper tries to analyze the distribution and drug resistance of pathogens in children with urinary tract infection and to provide the basis and guarantee for clinicians to select antibiotics rationally and scientifically.Methods 52 cases of children with urinary tract infection in this hospital from June 2016 to June 2017 were convenient selected as the study objects,the pathogenic bacteria isolated from the urine specimens was statistically analyzed,in accordance with the "national clinical laboratory procedures",bacteria culture and strain identification were carried out,the film diffusion method was adopted in the drug sensitivity test,the interpretation of the results was carried out strictly in accordance with the relevant standards of the National Committee for Clinical Laboratory.Results 52 cases of children in this study,52 strains of pathogens,33 strains of gram negative bacteria were discovered,accounting for 63.4%,of which the escherichia coli covered the highest proportion,18 strains of gram positive bacteria,accounting for 34.6%,of which enterococcus faecium and enterococcus faecalis accounted for the highest proportion,one strain of fungi,the proportion of 1.9%,urinary tract infection pathogens had different degrees of resistance to commonly used antibiotics.Conclusion There are many species of pathogenic bacteria in children with urinary tract infection,escherichia coli,enterococcus faecium and enterococcus faecalis are commonest,and the drug resistance showed a rising trend,so the antibiotics should be reasonably chosen based on the results of drug sensitivity.
