计划性剖宫产围手术期应用抗生素的效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析计划性剖宫产围手术期应用抗生素的临床效果。方法方便选取2016年1—12月在该院施行计划性剖宫产手术的孕妇60例,随机分为观察组和对照组各30例,观察组孕妇术后使用围手术期抗生素治疗预防感染,对照组孕妇术后常规使用抗生素治疗预防感染。观察并比较2组术后预防感染效果(平均体温及血常规)及经济指标(抗生素费用及平均住院日)。结果观察组在平均体温、术后第4天血白细胞、中性粒细胞比、C反应蛋白、切口感染率均低于对照组。观察组平均住院日(4.2±1.3)d,对照组平均住院日(4.7±1.2)d;观察组抗生素平均总费用(136.2±12.9)元,对照组抗生素平均总费用(272.5±16.1)元,观察组明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论计划性剖宫产围手术期使用抗生素预防感染,可以促进术后恢复,降低住院费用,减少平均住院日,值得临床推广。Objective This paper tries to observe the clinical effects of antibiotics in the planned cesarean section. Methods 60 pregnant women underwent planned cesarean section in this hospital from January to December 2016 were convenient selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 30 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with perioperative antibiotics to prevent infection. The control group was treated with postoperative routine antibiotics to prevent infection, the infection treatment effects（mean body temperature and blood routine） and economic indexes（antibiotic fees and hospital stays） of the two groups were compared. Results The average body temperature,the white blood cells, neutrophil ratio, C-reactive protein, incision infection rate of observation group on the second day after operation were lower than those of control group. The hospital stays of observation group was（4.2±1.3）days, shorter than（4.7±1.2）days of control group; the antibiotic fees of observation group was（136.2±12.9）yuan, obviously less than（272.5±16.1）yuan of control group, with statistically significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application of antibiotics in planned cesarean section during the period of perioperation can promote the postoperative recovery and reduce hospital costs and the average length of stay, so it is worthy of clinical promotion.
