摘　　要：回顾展望、梳理评析了我国学界关于马克思人的全面发展理论研究的现状与动势,主要的研究结果认为,马克思的实践人学是最大意义上的、有着丰厚人文底蕴的新人道主义,它主要起源于人对自身阶级性的自觉与对异己性遭遇的超越;马克思人学又是最根本意义上的生活观,通过对生活世界体贴入微的考察,通过对社会矛盾切身性的拷问,为人奔向更高的生活目标——实现人的全面自由发展——提供了一种能充分表达终极理想的价值原则;社会发展与人的发展是内在统一的,社会的全面发展实质上确保了人的全面发展,社会发展的总体取向、终极趋势就是人的全面自由发展,而中国特色社会主义正是实现人的全面自由发展的历史必由之路。The paper analyzes our country academic circles about the Marx person＇s full scale development theory study, phase partitioning, fundamental purport and methods selection, designed to show that： 1. The study of Marx＇s practice is the biggest sense of the word, the new humanitarian has a rich cultural atmosphere, it mainly originated from the human consciousness of its class nature and the transcendence of the alien sexual encounter. 2.Marx＇s study is the most fundamental sense of the life view, based on the investigation to the life world considerate,through the social contradictions intimate sexual torture, people ran to higher life goal-to realize the overall development of man-provides an expression which can fully express the ultimate ideal of value principle. 3. The social development and human development is a unity within, the comprehensive development of society essentially ensures that the person＇s full scale development, the overall orientation of social development, the ultimate trend is the overall development of man.
