摘  要:运用比强度的概念,对混凝土小型空心砌块房屋的墙体抗剪承载力与烧结多孔砖墙体抗剪承载力进行了分析比较,以一个8度抗震设防区的6层DP3型烧结多孔砖建成的实际工程为背景,采用混凝土小型空心砌块墙体替换烧结多孔砖墙体,按现行规范的要求进行了结构计算及分析对比,结果表明:虽然混凝土小型空心砌块墙体的抗剪能力比多孔砖墙体的抗剪能力要低很多,但经过精心结构设计后在8度抗震设防区建设6层混凝土小型空心砌块房屋是可以实现的,同时要注意满足规范抗震措施要求。Using the concept of specific strength,the shear bearing capacity of the wall of the small concrete hollow block building and the shear bearing capacity of the sintered porous brick wall are analyzed and compared. The actual project of a 6 layer DP3 type sintered porous brick built in a 8 degree seismic fortification area is the background. Replacing the sintered porous brick wall with a small concrete hollow block wall,structural calculation and analysis and comparison are carried out according to the requirements of current norms. Research results show that: although the small concrete hollow block wall shear capacity porous brick wall shear capacity is much lower,but after carefully structured design,it is possible to build a small concrete hollow block building with 6 layers of concrete in the 8 degree aseismic fortification area,at the same time,we should pay attention to meet the requirements of the standard seismic measures.
