摘 要:对1年生喜树的生长规律、嫩叶和成熟叶中喜树碱(CPT)含量的季节变化、不同叶龄叶片喜树碱含量变化进行研究。结果表明,1年生喜树高生长、粗生长及生物量均呈S型曲线变化,生长速率最快出现在6月中旬~7月中旬;无论是嫩叶还是成熟叶,喜树碱含量均为单峰曲线,均在7月中旬含量达到最大值,在整个生长期内,嫩叶中喜树碱含量均高于同期成熟叶中的喜树碱含量;喜树叶片中喜树碱(CPT)含量与叶片的叶龄呈负相关,即叶龄越小,叶片中的喜树碱含量越高;叶龄越大,叶片中的喜树碱含量越低,叶龄为5天的嫩叶,其喜树碱含量最高。Camptotheca acuminata Decne. was an important medicinal tree with anti-tumor activity in China. In this paper, Dynamic growth changes of height, basal diameter and biomass of annual Camptotheca acuminata were measured. CPT content in young leaves, mature leaves and different ages of leaves of C.acuminata were determined. The results showed that the growth of height, basal diameter and biomass of annual Camptotheca acuminata showed a curve of S, and the fastest growth rate appeared in middle June to middle July. CPT content was a single peak curve in both young and mature leaves, and reached the maximum value in the middle of July. CPT content in young leaves was higher than that in mature leaves at the same period. CPT content in leaves was negatively correlated with age. That was the age was small, the CPT content in the leaves was higher, the greater the leaf age, the CPT content in the leaves of the lower.CPT content was the highest in young leaves for 5 days.
