摘  要:为探明油茶发育过程中叶片生理生化指标变化与环境的关系,以普通油茶长林4号叶片为研究对象,分析叶片生理生化指标变化,结果表明:油茶叶片碳氮化合物和内源激素含量在不同月份间变化差异极显著;叶片中可溶性蛋白含量在12月份最低,仅为5.84%,翌年4月份最高,为10.17%;可溶性总糖含量春梢萌发初期较低,为5.85%,在花盛开期(11月份)达到最高,为13.39%;蔗糖含量以翌年1月份最高,达到7.42%,翌年4月份最低,为0.23%;果糖含量在翌年2月份最高,为4.90%,翌年4月份最低,为0.57%;油茶叶片中生长素含量4月份最高,达到了171.19 ng·g FW^(-1),翌年5月份最低,为35.73 ng·g FW^(-1);赤霉素含量4月份最高,为23.92 ng·g FW^(-1),12月份最低,为5.01 ng·g FW^(-1);玉米素含量5月份最高,达到19.82 ng·g FW^(-1),翌年5月份最低,仅为9.32 ng·g FW^(-1);脱落酸含量在4月份最高,为225.49 ng·g FW^(-1),翌年4月份最低,为125.71 ng·g FW^(-1)。In order to study the relationship physiological and biochemical with the environment, leaves of Chang Lin 4#were used as the research materials, then analysis changes of leaf physiological and biochemical, the results showed that: carbon and nitrogen compounds and plant endogenous hormones content had significantly different changed each month between; the soluble protein content in December was the lowest(5.84%) and highest(10.17%) in next April, soluble sugar content was low(5.85%)germination early,and reached the highest(13.39%) in bloom period(November), sucrose content was the lowest content(0.23%) in May and highest(7.42%) in next January, fructose was the highest(4.90%) in next February and lowest content(0.57%)in next April; The IAA content was the highest(171.19 ng·g FW-1) in April and lowest(35.73 ng·g FW-1) in next May, the GA content was the highest(23.92 ng·g FW-1)in April and lowest(5.01 ng·g FW-1)in December, the ZR content was the highest(19.82 ng·g FW-1)in May and lowest(9.32 ng·g FW-1) in next May, the ABA content was the highest(225.49 ng·g FW-1)in April and lowest(125.71 ng·g FW-1)in next April.
