水分胁迫对玉簪的影响

摘　　要：通过水分胁迫处理,对国外引进的10个玉簪品种的生长性状、干重、鲜重、含水量和生理指标进行测定和分析,研究10个玉簪品种的抗旱及耐涝能力。结果表明安妮、伊甸园、兰西浮力亚、风信子、八月的月亮、金边瑞香和翠鸟玉簪的抗旱性较强;安提克和白边波叶玉簪的抗旱性较差;安妮、阔边、伊甸园、安提克和风信子玉簪的耐涝性较强,翠鸟和八月的月亮玉簪耐涝性较差。Under water stress, the growth trait, dry weight, wet weight, water content and physiological indexes of 10 kinds of Hosta plantagine introduced from abroad were detected and analyzed for studying the drought-resistance ability and flooding tolerance. The results showed that the drought-resistance abilities of Hosta ’Anne’, Hosta ’Paradise Power’, Hosta ’Lancifolia’, Hosta ’Hyacinthina’, Hosta ’Paradise Power’, Hosta’Aureomarginate’ and Hosta ’Tardiana Halcyon’ were stronger, while those of Hosta ’Antioch’ and Hosta’Undulata var. Albo-marginata Hort’ were weaker; the flooding tolerances of Hosta ’Anne’, Hosta ’Wide Brim’,Hosta ’Paradise Power’, Hosta ’Antioch’ and Hosta ’Hyacinthina’ were stronger, while those of Hosta Tardiana Halcyon’ and Hosta ’Paradise Power’ were weaker.
