4个杂交桑品种种子及幼苗耐盐碱研究

摘　　要：根据东营盐碱地盐分组成,以氯化钠、氯化镁、氯化钙、碳酸氢钠等为主要原料配制成模拟盐水母液,并用该盐水母液的稀释液处理杂交桑种子,比较各品种的相对发芽势,评判种子的耐盐性;之后通过幼苗的茎叶、根干重表现评判幼苗的耐盐性,结果筛选出冀桑3号、桂桑6号两个耐盐杂交桑品种。According to the salt composition in Dongying saline-alkali soil,the mother salt liquor simulated with the compounds of sodium chloride,magnesium chloride,calcium chloride and sodium bicarbonate was diluted to treat the seeds of mulberry hybrids. The salt tolerance of seeds was evaluated by comparing the relative germination potential,and that of seedlings was judged through dry weight of seedling stems,leaves and roots. In the end,two salt-tolerant mulberry hybrids Jisang 3 and Guisang 6 were screened out.
