摘  要:以10年生的江西红翅槭为试材,采用体视显微法研究了红翅槭花芽分化及分化特征,对花芽的外部形态进行了观察。结果表明:红翅槭的花芽由当年生枝形成,花芽分化的时期在9月中下旬至次年2月,整个分化过程长达5个月,次年3月开花。顶芽和腋芽均可进行花芽分化,顶芽比侧芽分化早,整个花芽分化可化划分为未分化期、分化初期、花序原基分化、小花原基分化、花器官分化期、花序形成期等6个时期。在花芽分化过程中,花芽外形也逐渐发生变化,未分化前呈扁三角形,随着分化进程的推进,芽体逐渐饱满增长,到花序分化完成时变成圆柱锥形,纵向长于横向。The characteristics of flower bud differentiation of 10-year-old Acer fabri Hance in Jiangxi province were studied with stereomicroscope,and the external morphology of flower buds was also observed. The results showed the flower buds of A.fabri were formed from current-growth branches. The whole process of flower bud differentiation lasted five months from mid-late September to February next year,and they blossomed in March next year. Both apical buds and axillary buds could differentiate into flower buds,and the differentiation of apical buds was earlier than that of axillary buds. The whole flower bud differentiation process could be divided into the following six stages: undifferentiation stage,initial differentiation stage,inflorescence primordial differentiation stage,floret primordial differentiation stage,flower organ differentiation stage,and inflorescence formation stage. In the process of flower bud differentiation,the external morphology of flower buds changed gradually: the flower buds were of flat triangle at undifferentiation stage; they plumped up gradually along with the advance in differentiation; they finally turned into a cylindrical cone with big height and small width when the inflorescence differentiation completed.
