摘  要:以油菜、青梗菜、春菜为试验材料,对其叶片气孔保卫细胞周长及叶绿体数目与其倍性关系进行了研究,结果表明:不同作物间气孔保卫细胞周长及叶绿体数目差异显著;相同作物二倍体与单倍体植株气孔保卫细胞周长及叶绿体数目差异显著;气孔保卫细胞叶绿体计数鉴定与植株形态观察鉴定植株倍性相结合,鉴定结果一致。利用植株气孔保卫细胞周长及叶绿体数目鉴定植株倍性,可作为早期快速鉴定植株倍性的一种方法。Using oilseed rape,greenterrier and spring vegetable as the tested materials,the author studied the correlations between the circumference and chloroplast number of leaf stoma guard cell and the ploidy of these cruciferous crops. The results showed that there were significant differences in the circumference and chloroplast number of leaf stoma guard cell among different cruciferous crops or between diploid and haploid plants of the same crop. The result of identifying the ploidy of plants by chloroplast count of stomata guard cells was the same as that by plant morphology observation. Therefore,the circumference and chloroplast number of leaf stoma guard cell of plants could be used to rapidly identify their ploidy at earlier growth stage.
