摘　　要：梁肃是唐代古文运动中承上启下的重要作家。梁肃主张宗经明道,文质并重,情采并重,道气辞相兼,坚持文章以"道"为本,但不否定文章本身的价值,能辩证地看文质关系。其文质思想较前期古文家的观点更为通达,对此后韩愈倡导的古文革新产生了积极的影响。Liang Su was an important writer in the ancient literary movement of the Tang Dynasty. Liang Su advocated equal emphasis on the classics and doctrines, literature and art, emotions and contents, spirits and words; he adhered to the ＂doctrine＂ as the basis, without denying the value of the article, and considered the relationship between literature and art dialectically. The literature and art thought was more reasonable than the views of early classical scholars, and had a positive impact on irmovation of ancient Chinese language later advocated by Han Yu.
