摘　　要：目的探讨自体脂肪注射隆胸术脂肪成活率和并发症的预防。方法以肿胀麻醉法抽吸腹部、髂腰、大腿部等部位脂肪颗粒,经过离心,采用多隧道、多层次、多点的方式分散注射至双侧乳房受区。结果自体脂肪颗粒移植隆乳36例,3例出现硬结并发症,获得理想效果。结论注意术中无菌操作,水动力辅助吸脂,脂肪颗粒的离心,注射低压,采用多隧道、多层次、多点结合是提高手术效果、减少并发症的有效方法。Objective To investigate the prevention of the survival rate and complications of autologous fat injection in augmentation mammaplasty. Methods The fat particles from abdomen,ilium,waist and thigh were aspirated by swelling anesthesia.After centrifugation,ther were injected into the bilateral breast region by multiple tunnels,multi-level and multi-point. Results All the 36cases were involved in the study and satisfactory cosmetic results were achieved except for 3cases suffered from sclerosis. Conclusions Attention should be paid to aseptic operation,hydrodynamic assisted liposuction, centrifugation of fat granules and low pressure.Multi-tunnel,multi-level and multi-point combination are effective ways to improve operative results and reduce complications.
