摘  要:目的探讨Mee K植皮术联合悬浮床治疗大面积烧伤的治疗效果。方法回顾性分析我院近两年收治的70例大面积烧伤患者,将患者分为观察组(Mee K植皮联合悬浮床治疗)与对照组(Mee K植皮)各为35例,比较两组手术时间、供皮区愈合时间、创面成痂时间、手术植皮面积、换药次数,记录患者术后7d细菌检出率、皮片成活率。结果观察组手术时间、供皮区愈合时间、创面成痂时间、手术植皮面积均明显少于对照组(P<0.05);观察组换药次数明显少于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后7d细菌检出率、成片存活率与对照组比较有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论 Mee K植皮术联合悬浮床治疗能够减少供皮区受压,减少术后病菌生长,皮片成活概率高、速度快,能够减少病程,在大面积深度烧伤患者治疗中具有显著优势。Objective To explore the therapeutic efect of the combined suspension bed for the treatment of extensive burns. Methods Retrospective analysis of 70 cases large area burned patients admitted in our hospital in the past two years, the patients were divided into observation group (MeeK skin graft union suspended bed treatment) and reference group (MeeK graft) each for 35 cases, compared two groups of operation time, for the skin area, wound healing time into callus time, skin graft surgery area, treatment times, patients with postoperative 7 d bacteria detection rate, survival rate of fap. Results The time of operation of the observation group, the healing time of the donor area, the time of wound formation and the area of skin grafts were signifcantly less than the reference group (P 〈 0.05). The number of drug changes in the observation group was signifcantly less than the reference group (P 〈 0.05). There was a signifcant diference between the postoperative 7d bacterial detection rate, the survival rate and the reference group (P 〈0.05). Conclusion MeeK skin grafting combined suspension bed treatment can reduce the pressure for the skin area, reduce the postoperative bacteria growth, fap survival probability, a high speed, can reduce the course of the disease, has signifcant advantages in the treatment of large area deep burn patients.
