火针联合中药面膜治疗寻常性痤疮疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨火针联合中药面膜治疗寻常性痤疮的疗效。方法将2015年6月-2017年6月我院接诊的104例患者纳入本研究。按照随机数字表法均分为观察组和对照组各52例。对照组:普通针刺+中药面膜治疗。观察组:火针+中药面膜治疗。观察疗效、生活质量评分。结果观察组总有效率(94.23%vs 80.77%)高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后生活质量评分在自我感知、情感功能、社会功能、总分方面,均高于对照组和治疗前(P<0.05)。结论火针联合中药面膜治疗寻常性痤疮疗效好,患者生活质量恢复较好。Objective To investigate the curative efect of fre acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine mask on acne vulgaris. Methods From June 2015 to June 2017, 104 patients admitted to our hospital were enrolled in this study. They were divided into observation group and control group of 52 cases. The control group was given traditional acupuncture traditional Chinese medicine mask treatment. The observation group was treated with fre needle and traditional Chinese medicine mask. After treatment, the two groups were compared for efcacy and quality of life score. Results The total efective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group （94.23% vs 80.77%, P 〈0.05）. The quality of life score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group in self-perception, emotional function, social function and total score And before treatment （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Fire acupuncture combined traditional Chinese medicine mask for the treatment of acne vulgaris good efect, the quality of life of patients recovered better.
