采煤机机载式变频器的故障分析与维护保养研究

摘　　要：介绍了采煤机变频器影响因素,分析了采煤机机载式变频器故障,如超出电压造成的故障、电流超过承载力引发的故障、参数设定的工作故障、设施发热引发的故障,并探讨了变频器保养维护方式,以维护和提高变频器的各项性能。This paper introduces the influence factors of shearer frequency converter, analyzes the coal shearer frequency converter fault, such as fault current and voltage caused by excess capacity, more than fault caused by parameter setting work breakdown, heating facilities caused by the fault, and discusses the way to maintain the inverter maintenance, and improve the performance of inverter.
