摘　　要：分析了优化综采工艺流程,从优化综采工艺流程、提高综采工作面管理水平及强化顶板管理等方面着手,研究了提高矿井综采工作面单产的措施,为有效提高矿井综采工作面单产提供保障。This paper analyzes the optimization process of fully mechanized mining, and from the optimization of fully mechanized process, improving the management level and strengthen the management of fully mechanized roof and so on, studies on the measures of improving the yield of fully mechanized working face in order to effectively improve the yield of fully mechanized working face.
