摘　　要：改革开放以来,中国社会主义市场经济体制逐步建立健全,适应市场经济要求的金融体制基本建立,金融宏观调控和金融监管体制不断完善。中国进行的金融体制改革已取得极大成功。它为经济体制改革提供了成功的经验。总结中国金融体制改革的基本经验,应该肯定循序渐进、与政府主导的整体经济体制改革配套推进的基本思路是符合中国国情的。Since the reform and opening up, China＇s socialist market economic system has gradually been established. A financial system which meets the demands of market economy has been basically established and macro financial control and financial regulation system are being constantly improved. The financial system reform has achieved great success in China. It has provided successful experiences in economic reform. To sum up the basic experience of the reform of China＇s financial system, we must affirm the basic idea, which proceeds in an orderly very and step by step and promote the overall economic system led by the government fits China＇s national conditions.
