摘　　要：以低熔体流动速率聚乙烯DJM-1820为基础树脂,将国产催化剂与进口催化剂按不同比例均匀混合,通过对Unipol聚乙烯工艺聚合反应参数优化、产品性能比对,以考察国产催化剂活性、氢调敏感性、共聚性能等特性,全面总结国产催化剂在装置试用情况,并就试用结果提出针对性改进措施。With low melt index polyethylene DJM-1820 as the base resin,The domestic catalyst is mixed with the importedcatalyst in a different proportion. Through the optimization of the polymerization parameters of Unipol polyethylene process and thecomparison of the product performance,To investigate the activity of domestic catalyst,the sensitivity of hydrogen modulation andthe properties of copolymerization,etc. A comprehensive summary of the trial of domestic catalyst in the device is given. It also putsforward some measures to improve the results of the trial.
