摘　　要：针对舰艇超短波通信效能评估问题,构建了舰艇超短波通信效能评估指标体系,采用级差变换法和指数标度法对效能指标进行预处理,采用基于灰色关联分析的灰色综合评价法对舰艇超短波通信效能进行基于满意度的效能分析,找出最佳通信方案,并分析了影响舰艇超短波通信效能的主要因素,为舰艇超短波通信的有效实施提供参考。To the question that the efficiency evaluation of warship VHF/UHF communication,the efficiency evaluation index system of warship VHF/UHF communication is designed,efficiency indexes are pretreated by using rank difference transform method,efficiency analysis based on a satisfactory degree is carried out by applying gray integrated evaluation means,then optimal communication project is founded. In the text,the main factor is analyzed effecting the efficiency about warship VHF/UHF communication,so a useful reference is provided for the effectively implement of the warship VHF/UHF communication.
