建设用地集约利用评价及其空间分异特征研究——以驻马店市为例

摘　　要：以河南省驻马店市为例,采用多因素综合评价法,从利用强度指数、增长耗地指数、用地弹性指数和管理绩效指数等4个方面构建指标体系,综合评价各县区建设用地集约利用状况及其空间分异特征。结果表明,驻马店市各县区建设用地集约利用水平差异显著,空间分布不平衡;其集约利用水平受区位条件和地形条件影响较大,平原区建设用地集约利用水平高于低山丘陵区,特别是在同等区位条件下,平原区集约利用水平显著高于低山丘陵区。Taking Zhumadian city,Henan province,as the example,the index system was designed with 4 factors including use intensity index,growing consumption index,elasticity index and administration performance index to appraise construction land intensive use and spatial differentiation feature,by the method of multi-factor synthetic appraisement.The results show that the level of land intensive use is obviously different and the space distribution is imbalanced among each district,which are mainly affected by the location and landforms.
