树干注射在园林树木养护中的应用研究

摘　　要：以秋枫(Bischofia javanica Bl.)、大叶紫薇[Lagerstroemia speciosa(L.)Pers.]、洋紫荆(Bauhinia variegata L.)、榕树(Ficus microcarpa Linn.f.)等为材料,就树干注射在园林树木养护中的应用进行了研究。结果表明,树干注射吡虫啉能够有效地防治秋枫小叶蝉(Coloana cinerea Dworakowska)对秋枫的危害,而且注射浓度越高,防治虫害的效果越好。其中树干注射20%原药和稀释2.5倍的药效期达到226 d,药效的持续期长。不管是正常生长的大叶紫薇,还是新移植的洋紫荆,树干注射"国光施它活"都能够促进其发芽。树干注射生长调节剂能够促进榕树发芽。树干注射方法简单,经济环保,是园林树木养护过程中值得推广的技术。Taking some garden trees such as Bischofia javanica Bl.,Lagerstroemia speciosa（L.） Pers.,Bauhinia variegata L.and Ficus microcarpa Linn.f.as research materials,the applications of trunk injection in maintenance of garden trees were studied.The results showed that trunk injection of imidacloprid could effectively prevent Coloana cinerea Dworakowska,and the higher concentrations of injecting,the more effective against pests.Both trunk injection 20% of the original drug and diluted 2.5 times,the efficacy period reached 226 days,the duration of efficacy was long.Whether it was normal growth of Lagetstroemia specious,or newly transplanted Bauhinia blakeana,trunk injection of ‘Guoguang Shitahuo＇ was able to promote its germination.Trunk injection of growth regulator could promote the germination of Ficus microcarpa.Trunk injection is a simple operation,economic and environmental protection methods,which is a worthy to popularize technology in maintenance of garden trees.
