摘　　要：北京市政府印发《北京市城乡居民基本医疗保险办法》,于2018年1月1日起实施统一的城乡居民医保制度。在整合城乡居民医保制度过程中,着眼于制度整合的主要矛盾和制度差异,明确整合工作思路,提出制度整合工作步骤,围绕国家提出的"覆盖范围、筹资缴费、保障待遇、医保目录、就医管理、基金管理"六统一要求,全面建立起适合本市城乡统筹发展、符合首都城市功能定位的城乡居民基本医疗保险制度。The Beijing municipal government issued the basic medical insurance scheme for urban and rural residents, and formally implemented a unified medical insurance system for urban and rural residents in January 1, 2018. In the process of integration of urban and rural residents of medical insurance system, we focus on the main contradiction of system integration and system di？ erences, speci？ cally the integration of ideas, focusing on the institutional di？ erences, puts forward the system integration work steps, according to the requirement of six-uni？ ed requirements, fully establish the basic medical insurance system for urban and rural development, co-ordination of the city in accordance with the function orientation of the capital city the urban and rural residents.
