摘 要:以4-苯偶氮基苯酚、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、聚乙二醇1 000(PEG Mn=1 000)为原料合成偶氮苯聚氧乙烯醚非离子表面活性剂(PIP-1 000)。通过红外光谱表征了产物结构,并分析PIP-1 000的表面活性。结果表明,PIP-1 000临界胶束浓度cmc为0.40 mmol/L,表面张力γcmc为43.2 m N/m,HLB值为14.12,饱和吸附量为3.0×10-6mol/m2,分子横截面积为0.55 nm2,最大起泡比为1.1,表明PIP-1 000具有优异的表面活性。研究了PIP-1 000与脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(C12EO7)体系的协同作用,通过调节PIP-1 000用量可达到低浓度、高稳泡的效果,且泡沫半衰期较单一C12EO7溶液增加75%。偶氮苯聚氧乙烯醚非离子表面活性剂由于高表面活性,有利于提高泡沫液膜的表面活性剂分子密度,可作为泡沫染整的稳泡剂使用。The nonionic surfactant azo-polyethylene ether(PIP-1 000) was synthesized by 4-phenylazophenol, isophorone diisocyanate(IPDI) and polyethylene glycol(PEG Mn=1 000). The chemical structure of product was characterized by FTIR, and the surface properties of PIP-1 000 was analyzed. The results showed that the critical micelle concentration of PIP-1 000 was 0.40 mmol/L, γcmcwas 43.2 m N/m, HLB value was14.12, saturation adsorption capacity was 3.0 × 10-6 mol/m2, molecular cross section was 0.55 nm2, and the maximum foam ratio was 1.1, which indicated that PIP-1 000 presented excellent surface activity. The synergistic effect of PIP-1 000 and fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether(C12 EO7) system was studied. By adjusting the dosage of PIP-1 000, the effect of low concentration and high stability foam could be achieved, and compared with single C12 EO7 solution, the half foam life period was increased by 75%. Because of its high surface activity, the nonionic surfactant of azo-polyethylene ether could improve the surfactant molecular density and could be used as foam stabilizer for foam dyeing and finishing.
