摘 要:探究了莲蓬壳色素的提取及其对真丝绸染色的条件及可行性。用超声波和浸提方法通过单因素实验分析了提取功率、提取温度、提取时间、料液比、乙醇体积分数等对提取效果的影响。经过对比发现,超声波提取法更优,温度低,乙醇体积分数低,时间短,所以后续染色选择超声波进行。探究了直接染色温度、染色时间、超声波功率、浴比等对真丝绸染色效果的影响。比较了预媒染、同浴媒染、后媒染3种染色方式,测试了织物的耐洗色牢度及耐摩擦色牢度。结果表明,莲蓬壳色素提取的优化工艺为:超声波提取,温度37℃,时间35 min,料液比1∶20,乙醇体积分数50%,超声波功率400 W;莲蓬壳色素提取液直接染色真丝绸的优化工艺为:温度60℃,时间45 min,浴比1∶20,超声波功率350 W;媒染可提高染色真丝绸的上染率,莲蓬壳色素染真丝绸有较优色牢度。The extraction of lotus shell pigment and its dyeing conditions and feasibility were explored.The effects of extraction power, extraction temperature, extraction time, ratio of material to liquid and ethanol concentration on extraction efficiency were analyzed by single factor experiment with two methods of ultrasonic and extraction. After comparison, it was found that ultrasonic extraction method was better, which had the advantages of low temperature, low ethanol concentration, short time. So in the following dyeing steps, the ultrasonic extraction method was selected. Dyeing part explores the effects of dyeing temperature, dyeing time and dyeing power, bath ratio effect on silk dyeing, and the three methods of pre-mordant, mordant and post mordant dyeing were compared. The colour fastness to washing and the fastness to rubbing of fabrics were tested. The results showed that the optimal process of lotus shell pigment extraction by ultrasonic was as follows: temperature 37 ℃, time 35 min, solid-liquid ratio 1∶20, ethanol concentration 50%, power 400 W. The optimal process of silk direct dyed by lotus shell pigment extract was as follows: temperature 60 ℃, time 45 min, ratio of solid to liquid 1∶20, power 350 W. The mordant dyeing could improve the dyeing rate of silk. The lotus shell pigment dyeing of silk had better color fastness.
