催化加氢法制备DSD酸工业化研究

摘  要:研究了催化加氢法制备4,4′-二氨基二苯乙烯-2,2′-二磺酸(DSD酸)最佳工艺条件:30 kg DNS二钠盐,109 kg水,164 g自制催化剂,53~55℃,氢气压力0.6~0.7 MPa。催化剂再生后可继续使用,稳定套用25次以上,所得产品质量均合格,DSD酸质量分数>97.5%,收率>98.5%。催化剂用量为原料总量的0.03%,该工艺操作简单可靠,成本低,三废少,环境友好,适合工业化生产。Preparation of 4,4′-diaminostilbene-2,2′-disulfonic acid(DSD acid) by catalytic hydrogenation was studied. The optimum technical conditions were as follows: 4,4′-dinitrostilbene-2,2′-disulfonicacid disodium salt 30 kg, H2 O 109 kg, catalyst 164 g, reaction temperature 53~55 ℃, reaction pressure 0.6~0.7 MPa.The catalyst could be used after regeneration and could be reused more than 25 times. The quality of the obtained products was qualified. The content of DSD acid was more than 97.5%, and the yield of product was more than 98.5%. The total amount of catalyst was 0.03%(to the quality of total raw materials). The new technology had advantages of simple and reliable operation, low cost, less wastes, environment friendly,which was suitable for industrial production.
