摘 要:以芯吸高度与滴水扩散时间为吸湿指标,通过单因素实验分析吸湿排汗剂对仿棉织物整理效果的影响,确定了仿棉织物的整理工艺:整理剂40 g/L,p H=4,浸渍30 min,二浸二轧,80℃烘干,170℃焙烘4 min,整理后仿棉织物的芯吸高度119 mm,滴水扩散时间小于1 s,蒸发速率0.38 g/h,透湿量9 319.541 g/(m2·d),均达到了GB/T 21655.1-2008吸湿速干机织类产品的要求。仿棉纤维的中空截面使其具有较好的排汗速干性能,整理后中空纤维截面没有发生变化。Used the wicking height and drip diffusion time as index, the finishing effect of moisture absorption and sweat releasing agent on cotton-like fabric was analyzed by single-factor test, and the finishing process of cotton-like fabric was determined. The finishing process was as follows: finishing agent concentration 40 g/L, p H=4, dipping time 30 min, two dipping two rolling impregnation, drying temperature 80 ℃, baking at 170 ℃ for 4 min. After finishing, the wicking height of cotton-like fabric was 119 mm, drip diffusion time was less than 1 s, the evaporation rate was 0.38 g/h, the moisture content was 9 319.541 g/(m2·d). All these indexes reached the requirements of GB/T 21655.1-2008 "moisture absorbing and quick drying weaving product". The hollow section of the cotton-like fabrics made it have better perspiration and quick drying performance. After finishing, the hollow section of fiber did not change.
