摘  要:目前,锌冶炼工艺主要分为火法和湿法两种,约80%锌为湿法炼锌产出,但随着工业的飞速发展,作为主要原料的锌精矿资源日益短缺,氟、氯等杂质含量越来越高。文章主要研究了湿法炼锌中氟、氯离子的来源以及对系统的危害,阐述了目前主要的氟、氯脱除方法,提出多节点控制氟、氯来源进而降低对系统危害的建议。At present, zinc smelting process is mainly divided into two kinds of fire and wet method. About 80% zinc is produced by hydrometallurgy. However, with the rapid development of industry, the resources of zinc concentrate as the main raw materials are becoming increasingly scarce, and the content of impurities such as fluorine and chlorine is getting higher and higher. Study of the sources of fluorine and chlorine in zinc hydrometallurgy and the harm to the system, and introduce the main methods of removing fluorine, chlorine, fluorine and chlorine of multi node control and reduce the harm to the source of advice system.
