徐州建设淮海经济区商贸物流中心的对策建议

摘　　要：分析徐州在"一带一路"战略下建设区域商贸物流中心的重要性.从商贸物流业发展的现状来看,徐州存在基础设施建设水平不够高、大项目大企业支撑不够强、商贸物流"首位度"不高、企业缺乏"走出去"的认识和经验、现代物流人才缺乏的问题.徐州建设区域商贸物流中心,可从6个方面完善:促进国内外商贸物流相互贯通,完善区域协作物流体系,加快徐州商圈建设,加强区域联动发展,完善商贸物流体系,实施商贸物流人才战略.Under the " One Belt,One Road" strategy,the importance of Xuzhou constructing the center of regional trade and logistics in Huaihai Economic Zone is proposed.In fact,the current situations show that there are some main problems in development of the logistics industry,that is the level of Xuzhous infrastructure construction is not high enough,the support of large enterprises are not strong enough,agglomeration effect is not better enough,the regional trade logistics "first degree" is not high enough,logistics enterprises lack "going out" awareness and experience,there is short of modern logistics talent.As a result,for Xuzhou to construct the trade and logistics center,it is necessary to promote domestic and foreign trade logistics each other,improve the regional collaborative logistics system,accelerate the construction of Xuzhou business district,strengthen regional linkage development,improve the trade logistics system,implement the trade logistics talent strategy.
