摘  要:目的建立独一味煮散颗粒的制备方法。方法以颗粒的成型性和滤过性确定独一味煮散颗粒的粉碎粒度,以成型的难易、滤过性、总黄酮含量和干膏收率为指标,进行综合加权评分,以确定制备工艺。结果以独一味细粉制粒,加入细粉量的30%水为黏合剂,采用挤压制粒法制粒,在65℃下干燥90 min。在同一提取条件下,煮散颗粒的总黄酮提取率为32.38 mg/g,出膏率为27.30%,而传统饮片的黄酮含量仅为16.53 mg/g,出膏率为8.80%。结论煮散颗粒相对于传统饮片在有效成分的提取及降低生产成本方面具有明显的优势。Objective To establish the preparation method of Duyiwei Boiled Particles. Methods The particle size of Duyiwei Boiled Particles was determined by the moldability and filtration of particles,the preparation process was determined by the method of comprehensive weighting score with the difficulty of molding, filtration, total flavone content and dry paste yield as the indexes. Results The preparation method was as follows: granulation with Duyiwei powder,added the amount of Duyiwei powder of 30% water as the binder,and the granules were dried at 65 ℃ for 90 min. Under the same extraction conditions, the total flavonoids extraction rate was 32. 38 mg/g,the paste rate was 27. 30%,while the traditional slices of flavonoids extraction rate was only 16. 53 mg/g,and the paste rate was 8. 80%. Conclusion Compared with traditional decoction pieces,Duyiwei Boiled Particles has obvious advantages in extracting effective ingredients and reducing production cost.
