养胃舒胶囊联合复方黄连素片治疗脾胃湿热型慢性萎缩性胃炎临床评价

摘　　要：目的探讨养胃舒胶囊联合复方黄连素片治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG,脾胃湿热)的临床疗效。方法将63例CAG(脾胃湿热)患者随机分为对照组31例和治疗组32例,对照组患者给予维酶素片,治疗组患者给予养胃舒胶囊联合复方黄连素片。结果治疗后,治疗组患者各中医症状分级量化积分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05),血清胃功能相关指标、氧化应激指标及炎性因子水平均较对照组改善更显著(P<0.05);临床总有效率显著高于对照组(90.62%比70.97%,P<0.05);两组患者治疗期间均无严重不良反应发生,且随访期内治疗组复发率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论养胃舒胶囊联合复方黄连素片治疗CAG(脾胃湿热)能显著提高临床疗效,改善中医证候、胃功能相关指标水平及氧化应激状态,降低炎性因子水平,且安全性良好,能有效降低复发率。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Yangweishu Capsules combined with Fufang Huangliansu Tabelts in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis（ CAG） with the type of damp-heat in spleen and stomach. Methods Totally 63 patients with CAG with the type of damp-heat in spleen and stomach were randomly divided into the control group（ n = 31） and the treatment group（ n = 32）.The control group was treated with Vitacoenzyme Tablets,and the treatment group was treated with Yangweishu Capsules combined with Fufang Huangliansu Tabelts. Results After treatment, the TCM symptom classification scores in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group（ P〈0. 05）,the gastric function related indicators,oxidative stress indexes and inflammatory factors in serum in the treatment group were significantly improved than those in the control group（ P〈0. 05）, the total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group（ 90. 62% vs. 70. 97%, P〈0. 05）. No serious adverse reactions occurred in two groups during the treatment,and the recurrence rate of CAG in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Yangweishu Capsules combined with Fufang Huangliansu Tabelts in the treatment of CAG with the type of damp-heat in the spleen and stomach can significantly improve the clinical efficacy, improve TCM syndromes, gastric function related indicators and oxidative stress status and reduce the level of inflammatory factors, it is safe and can effectively reduce the recurrence rate of CAG.
