摘 要:为了获得更好的光学均匀度,提高液晶显示器的亮度和色度,研究了导光板双边入光时散射网点密度对导光板出光面光学均匀度的影响。首先分析了导光板在液晶显示器中的工作原理。进一步通过理论分析,得出导光板散射网点的密度随着与光源距离的增大而增大。使用Trace Pro软件模拟了当网点密度从导光板中心位置向两边递减时,导光板出光面的光学辐照度,模拟得出的结果与理论分析一致。实验结果表明,导光板出光面的亮度最大值为5 729 cd/m^2,最小值为4 729 cd/m^2,光学均匀度为82.54%。通过对导光板散射网点密度的研究,为以后导光板的发展提供了理论基础。In order to obtain the light guide plate with better optical uniformity,the influence of the scatter netted dots density on the optical uniformity of the light guide plate with bilateral incident light-emitting was studied.Firstly,the working principle of the light guide plate in the liquid crystal display is analyzed. Furthermore,through the theoretical analysis obtain that the density of the scattering netted dots of the light guide plate increases with the distance from the light source. The optical irradiance of the light guide plate is simulated using Trace Pro software when the dot density decreasing from the center position to both sides. The results are consistent with the theoretical analysis. The experimental results show that the maximum of the light guide plate is 5 729 cd/m^2,the minimum is4 729 cd/m^2,the optical uniformity is 82. 54%. Through the research on the density of the scattering netted dots plate of the light guide plate,it provides a theoretical basis for the development of the light guide plate.
