经管专业大学生假期带薪实习模式构建——以重庆市为例

摘　　要：假期带薪实习对于大学生的培养非常重要,现行模式虽然能够正常运转,但是在运行机制、信息流通机制、监控机制和绩效反馈机制上还存在问题。针对这些问题,文章提出构建市教委、用人单位、学校和学生四位一体的假期社会实践模式。其中,包括建立大学生社会实践信息服务平台、完善运行机制和绩效反馈机制、建立假期带薪实习评价标准等建议,以期对大学生假期带薪实习模式构建有所帮助。Paid vacation internship for college students is very important. Though the current model can operate normally, it remains the problems of the operating mechanism, the information flow mechanism, monitoring mechanism and performance feedbackmechanisms. To solve these problems, this paper constructed City Board of Education, employers, schools and students leave four inone social practice mode. The mode includes the establishment of social practice information service platform, the improvement ofoperational mechanism and performance feedback mechanisms, the establishment of evaluation criteria such as holidays paid internship. It is hoped to help the construction of college students paid vacation internship mode.
