摘 要:体能是各项运动技术、战术得以顺利发挥的基础和保证,在越野滑雪运动员的培养过程中,探索出一套适合运动员大赛前冰路结合、适应自身特点的体能训练方法至关重要。运用文献资料法、专家访谈法、实验法、数据统计法等科研方法,以黑龙江省雪上训练中心越野滑雪队的六名运动员为研究对象,对实施体能训练前后的身体素质和专项素质进行对比分析,总结出对于越野运动员行之有效的体能训练方法,为该项目的人才培养提供借鉴。Physical fitness is the basis and guarantee for well performing the various athletic techniques and tactics. For developing the cross-country skiers' performance,it is very important to find out a set of physical fitness training methods which benefit the conversion of ability from dry-land to snow before the competition according to their own characteristics. With the methods of literature,expert interviews,experiment and data statistics,with the objects of 6 skier from Heilongjiang snow sports training center's cross-country skiing team,the paper contrastively analyzes their physical and specialized qualities before and after the physical fitness training. It summarizes some effective physical fitness training methods,which may be as a reference for developing the skiing talents.
