摘　　要：目的探讨膝关节骨性关节炎(KOA)关节镜清理联合腓骨近端截骨术(AD&PFO)围术期心理干预及康复护理的临床效果。方法 120例内翻畸形性胫股关节炎患者采用AD&PFO治疗,围术期采取心理干预及康复护理。手术前后评估患者疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)、美国特种外科医院膝关节评分(HSS)和美国膝关节外科协会评分(KSS)。结果患者术前VAS评分、HSS评分及KSS评分分别为(7.63±1.31)、(56.38±4.73)和(45.37±4.63)分,术后分别为(1.48±0.59)、(79.59±4.36)和(78.2±4.13)分,手术前后评分比较差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论 AD&PFO结合心理干预及康复护理可使KOA患者疼痛明显缓解、功能得到改善。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of perioperative psychological intervention and rehabilitation nursing in patients undergoing arthroscopic debridement combined with proximal fibular osteotomy(AD&PFO)for knee osteoarthritis(KOA).Methods A total of 120 KOA patients with varus deformity were given AD&PFO treatment and perioperative psychological intervention and rehabilitation nursing.Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)score,Hospital for Special Surgery(HSS)score and Keen Society Score(KSS)were measured before and after operation.Results The VAS,HSS and KSS scores were significantly improved from preoperative7.63±1.31,56.38±4.73 and 45.37±4.63 to postoperative 1.48±0.59,79.59±4.36 and78.2±4.13,respectively(P<0.05).Conclusion AD&PFO treatment combined with perioperative psychological intervention and rehabilitation nursing can relieved pain and improve function in patients with KOA.
