综合护理方法对初产妇心理及产后出血的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨综合护理方法对初产妇的心理及产后出血的影响。方法对在产科住院分娩的154例初产妇,按随机数字表法将其分为观察组76例和对照组78例。对照组给予产科常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上进行全面综合护理指导,比较2组初产妇入院时与出院时的心理状态[采用焦虑抑郁评量表(SAS-SDS)评估]和产后出血情况。结果观察组出院时SAS-SDS评分明显低于入院时及对照组,观察组产后出血的发生率及产后24h出血量均明显低于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论综合护理方法能较好地改善初产妇的心理状态,使其积极配合应对分娩,对减少产妇产后出血有着重要的临床意义。Objective To study the effects of modular nursing on psychological state and postpartum hemorrhage in Primiparas.Methods A total of 154 primiparas were randomly given routine obstetric nursing care alone(control group,n=78)or in combination with modular nursing guidance(observation group,n=76).The psychological state was evaluated using SAS-SDS before parturition and at discharge.In addition,postpartum hemorrhage was compared between the two groups.Results The SAS-SDS score measured at discharge was lower than that measured before parturition in observation group(P<0.05).Compared with control group,SAS-SDS score,incidence of postpartum hemorrhage and 24-hour postpartum blood loss significantly decreased in observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion Modular nursing care can improve psychological state,motivate cooperation and reduce postpartum hemorrhage in primiparas.
