摘 要:目的:观察静脉采血和末梢采血及不同放置时间对血常规检测结果的影响。方法:选取50名体检者作为研究对象,均采集晨起空腹静脉血和末梢血,分别在25℃下放置30 min、60 min和120 min后,采用XN-2000全自动血细胞分析仪进行血常规检测。比较两种采血方式和不同放置时间对血常规各指标的影响。结果:放置30 min时,静脉血RBC、HCT、HGB、PLT水平均大于末梢血,WBC水平小于末梢血,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);与放置30 min相比,静脉血放置60 min和120 min时血常规各指标水平比较均无统计学差异(P>0.05);与放置30 min相比,放置60 min时末梢血LYM、HCT水平明显升高,PLT水平明显下降,放置120 min时LYM、HCT、PLT水平均明显升高,RDW、NEU水平均明显下降,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:静脉采血的血常规检验结果受放置时间影响较小,稳定性高于末梢采血。采用末梢采血时,应在采集后30 min内完成检测,以保障检验的准确性。Objective: To explore effects of peripheral blood collection and venous blood collection methods as well as differentstorage time on routine blood test results. Methods: 50 cases for medical examination were selected as the research objects. Their fasting blood specimens were collected intravenously and peripherally in the morning and stored at 25 益 for 30 min,60 min and 120 min.Then, these specimens were detected by XN-2000 automatic blood cell analyzer. The effects of two blood collection methods and different storage time on the indicators of routine blood test were compared. Results: At 30 min, the HCT, PLT, RBC, and HGB levelsin the venous blood were high than those in the peripheral blood, while the WBC level was lower than that in the peripheral blood, andthe differences were statistically significant (P〈0. 05). Compared with those at 30 min, there were no statistical differences in the indicators of routine blood test in the venous blood at 60 min and 120 min (P〉0. 05). Compared with those at 30 min, the LYM andHCT at 60 min in the peripheral blood significantly increased, while the PLT level significantly decreased; the LYM, HCT and PLTlevels at 120 min significantly increased, while the RDW and NEU levels significantly decreased; and all the differences were statistically significant (P〈0. 05). Conclusions: The effects of the storage time on the routine blood test results of the venous blood collection method were less, and the venous blood is more stable than the peripheral blood. When using the peripheral blood collection, itshould detect within 30 min to ensure the accuracy.
