摘　　要：高等院校毕业设计的组织管理与质量,将对大学生创新和实践能力培养、强化社会意识、培养合格人才等方面起到关键性推动作用。分析本科毕业设计工作中存在的问题,就毕业设计选题与开题、毕业设计论文撰写和答辩等环节工作,进行管理工作的思考和讨论,对应用型人才的培养进行有益探索。The organization, management and quality of graduation design in colleges and universities will play a key role in promoting college students' innovative and practical ability, strengthening social awareness and training qualified personnel. This paper analyzes the existing problems in the work of undergraduate graduation design, selection, opening, graduation design and thesis writing and defense and other aspects of graduation design work, to think and discuss the management, explores the cultivation of applied talents.
