金刚藤胶囊配合乳酸司帕沙星片对慢性盆腔炎的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的研究金刚藤胶囊配合乳酸司帕沙星片对慢性盆腔炎的临床疗效。方法选取2014年3月至2016年2月在该院门诊接受治疗的90例慢性盆腔炎患者,按随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,每组45例。对照组采用乳酸司帕沙星片治疗;观察组在此基础上加服金刚藤胶囊。观察比较2组临床疗效、治疗前后临床症状评分及不良反应的发生情况。结果观察组总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组治疗后,观察组不良反应发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组治疗后临床症状评分均明显下降,且观察组明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论金刚藤胶囊配合乳酸司帕沙星片治疗慢性盆腔炎可起到明显的抗菌消炎作用,能改善患者的临床症状,疗效好,不良反应少,建议临床推广应用。Objective To study the clinical curative effect of Jingangteng capsule combined with sparfloxacin lactate tablets on chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods Ninety patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease treated in the hospital from March 2014 to February 2016 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with sparfloxacin lactate,and the observation group added Jingangteng capsule on this basis.The clinical efficacy,clinical symptom scores and adverse reactions before and after treatment were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the incidence of adverse reaction in the observation group′s were significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of clinical symptoms in both groups were significantly decreased,and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Jingangteng capsules with sparfloxacin lactate treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease can play a significant anti-bacterial anti-inflammatory effect,can improve the clinical symptoms of patients with good efficacy,fewer adverse reactions,it is recommended clinical application.
