摘　　要：近年来,暴力袭警案件持续多发,犯罪分子使用的手段也越来越凶残。为保护民警,维护法律尊严,公安机关必须加大民警执法时依法使用手枪的力度,以威慑、打击各类暴力袭警的不法行为。由此,加强民警的素质和技能培训势在必行、刻不容缓。In recent years, violent attacks on police have continued and the methods used by criminals have become increasingly brutal. In order to protect the police and uphold the dignity of the law, the public security organs should increase the intensity of the use of handguns in accordance with the law. Therefore, it is imperative and urgent to strengthen the quality and skill training of the police.
