摘 要:煤化工企业生产中通常采用生产废水制备水煤浆,以减少生产废水的处理量。以宁东煤为研究对象,以水煤浆黏度和流动性为试验指标,通过试验考察COD、TDS、p H值、添加剂用量等因素对水煤浆成浆性能的影响。试验结果表明:水煤浆黏度较流动性更敏感,当添加剂质量分数为0.25%时,制备的水煤浆黏度、流动性满足气化系统工艺要求;制浆水中的COD含量不仅影响水煤浆黏度,还影响其流变性,正常情况下COD质量浓度应控制在400 mg/L以下;制浆水中COD质量浓度大于400 mg/L时,可通过改变添加剂用量和更换添加剂种类等方法改善浆体性能;p H值和TDS值对水煤浆的影响较小。In the coal chemical industrial producing process,coal water slurry is usually produced by waste water in order to reduce the handling capacity of waste water. Taking Ningdong coal as study object,and water coal slurry viscosity and fluidity as test index,the effects of COD,TDS,p H value and additive amount on the slurry ability of water coal slurry are investigated. The results show that the water coal slurry viscosity is more sensitive than fluidity,and when the mass fraction of additive is 0. 25%,the water coal slurry viscosity and fluidity can meet the technical requirement of gasification system. The COD content in the slurry water can affect both water coal slurry viscosity and fluidity,and the mass concentration of COD must be controlled less than 400 mg/L normally. If the mass concentration of COD is higher than 400 mg/L,some measurements such as adjusting the amount of additive and changing the additive must be performed to improve the slurry ability. The results also indicate that TDS and p H value has slight effect on the slurry ability.
