摘　　要：针对套筒滚子链形式刮板机刮板链条经常性断裂、机头异常震动等故障,从技术要求、工作环境、相关联部位等方面综合分析故障原因,提出维修方案,对减少重复维修、提高设备使用寿命、促进安全生产有重要意义。Aiming at failures of the scraper conveyor in the form of sleeve roller chains such as the frequent fracture of chains and abnormal vibration of the handpiece,by comprehensive analysis on causes of failure from the perspective of technical requirements,operating environment and associated sites,maintenance strategies are proposed, which avoids re-peated maintenance,improves the service life of equipment and promotes safe production.
