摘 要:航天技术的发展使得飞行器内部仪器设备的功耗和热流密度不断增大,给飞行器热控设计带来新的困难,同时也为相变材料的应用提供了机遇。文章以某型号高超声速飞行器被动热防护系统方案设计为工程背景,介绍了TPS设计方案和相变材料的特点,在MSC.Patran平台上建立了曲板结构TPS三维有限元模型,应用MSC.Nastran软件进行了温度场分析,所得结论对工程应用具有实用价值。With the development of spaceflight technology, the power consumption and heat flux density of the internal instru-ments are increasing, which brings new difficulties to the thennal control design of aircraft, and also provides an opportunity for the application of phase change materials. Based on the project design of a certain type of hypersonic vehicle passive thermal protection system, this paper introduces the design scheme of TPS and the characteristics of phase change materials. The TPS 3D finite ele-ment model of curved plate structure is established on the platforai of MSC.Patran, and the temperature field is analyzed by MSC. Nastran software. The conclusions are of practical value for engineering application.
