摘  要:以湿地松1个无性系为母本,加勒比松1个无性系为父本,杂交产生F1代的86个单株,采用JoinMap~?3.0软件构建包含ESTP、SSR、AFLP标记和PAL1基因在内的加勒比松多标记复合遗传图谱。该图谱总长度为1 734 cM,包括70个SSR,125个AFLP,3个ESTP标记和PAL1基因,分成32个连锁群,标记平均间距(10.6±7.8)cM,覆盖加勒比松基因组的92%。用作图软件MapQTL 4.0~?对86个单株的平均木材密度进行QTL定位,共检测到6个木材密度相关的连锁群,且呈相对集中分布。获得在连锁群H2_Pc7上的PR117M和PR256M的区段内解释表型方差在20%以上的效应值较大的QTL位点,并且在两个连锁群上相对狭窄的范围内连锁或重叠,呈一因多效模式。A F1 population consisted of 86 individuals was from a cross of a female parent of Pinus elliottii and a male parent of Pinus caribaea.The linkage maps of Pinus caribaea with ESTP,SSR,AFLP,CAD and PAL1 markers were constructed.Using Genemap software the comprehensive linkage map was drawn.The Pinus caribaea parental map consisted of 70 SSR,125 AFLP,3 ESTP and the PAL1 markers was divided into 32 linkage group with a total length of 1 734 cM(Kosambi) and an average marker interval of(10.6 ±7.8)cM,which covered 92% of the whole genome.The average wood density of 86 plants was determined by map software of MapQTL 4.0.Six linkage groups associated with wood density were detected and these QTLs taits mainly concentrated on a few linkage groups.Loci explaining more than 20% of the phenotypic variance were identified for many traits in the sections of PR117 M and PR256 M on the linkage group of H2_Pc7.Parts of the QTLs traits clustered on two small groups and showed pleiotropism models.
