经皮椎成型术治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折临床体会

摘　　要：目的:探讨经皮椎成型术治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折临床体会。方法:将2013年12月~2016年12月在某院骨科治疗的60例骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折患者随机分为两组,对照组采用经皮椎体后凸成形术(PKP),观察组采用经皮椎体成形术(PVP),比较两组患者的治疗效果、手术情况、术后疼痛及脊柱功能情况。结果:观察组治疗有效率为93.33%,对照组的治疗有效率为96.67%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组手术时间及骨水泥注入量少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后VAS疼痛评分、ODI指数、病椎椎体高度、Cobb角与对照组相比无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:经皮椎成型术治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折效果显著,能有效缓解患者腰部疼痛,改善腰部功能,手术操作安全可靠,具有积极的临床意义。Objective:To study the clinical experience of percutaneous vertebroplasty in the treatment of osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture.Methods:60 patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures treated in a hospital from December 2013 to December 2016 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was given PKP treatment,and the observation group was treated with percutaneous vertebral plasty(PVP),then the treatment effects,surgical conditions,postoperative pain,and the spinal function in the two groups were compared.Results:The effective rate of treatment was 93.33% in the observation group and 96.67%in the control group,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);The operation time and the bone cement injection in the observation group were less than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);There was no significant difference between the observation group and the control group in postoperative VAS pain score,VAS index,vertebral height and Cobb angle(P>0.05).Conclusion:Percutaneous vertebroplasty is effective for osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures.It can effectively relieve waist pain and improve waist function,and is safe and reliable for operation,which has a positive clinical significance.
