康复护理在脑外伤患者护理中的应用价值探析

摘　　要：目的:探讨康复护理在脑外伤患者护理中的应用效果。方法:60例脑外伤患者随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组(30例)给予常规护理,观察组(30例)在常规护理基础上给予康复护理。结果:护理前,两组ADL评分无显著差异;护理后两组评分均有提高,其中观察组评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05);对照组和观察组有效率分别为63.33%和86.67%,组间差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:脑外伤患者给予康复护理可促进患者恢复,改善患者运动功能,可推广应用。Objective:To investigate the a effect of rehabilitation nursing in the nursing of patients with brain injuries.Methods:60 patients with brain injuries were randomly divided into control group and observation group.The control group(30 cases)was given routine nursing care,and the observation group(30 cases)was given rehabilitation nursing on the basis of conventional nursing.Results:Before nursing,there was no significant difference in ADL score between the two groups.After nursing,the scores of the two groups were improved,and the scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The effective rate of control group and observation group was 63.33%and 86.67%,respectively,with significant difference between the two groups(P <0.05).Conclusion:Rehabilitation nursing in patients with brain injuries can promote patients' recovery,improve patients' motor function,and can be popularized and applied.
