摘  要:目的探讨血清胆红素水平对新生儿神经功能及免疫功能的影响。方法选取我科2015年9月—2017年5月接治的高胆红素血症新生儿100例作为研究对象,取得对照组与观察组治疗前新生儿外周静脉血2份,检测免疫功能。结果轻、中、重度组新生儿TSB、B/A比值、S-100B蛋白、NSE水平均高于对照组(P<0.05),同时,B/A比值、S-100B蛋白、NSE水平随着TSB水平的升高而升高(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,轻、中、重度组新生儿CD4+细胞百分比、CD4+/CD8+比值均较低(P<0.05),同时,CD4+细胞百分比、CD4+/CD8+比值随着TSB水平的升高而不断降低(P<0.05)。结论 TSB与神经功能及免疫功能相关性结论:TSB水平与B/A比值、S-100B蛋白、NSE水平为正相关,与CD4+细胞百分比、CD4+/CD8+比值为负相关。这说明,TSB水平越高,对新生儿神经功能及免疫功能影响越大。Objective To investigate the effect of serum bilirubin level on neurological function and immune function in neonates. Methods 100 cases of hyperbilirubinemia newborns from September 2015 to May 2017 in our department were selected as the research object, peripheral blood samples before the treatment of the control group and the observation group were collected to detect immune function. Results The TSB, B/A ratio, S-100B protein and NSE levels in the mild, moderate and severe groups were higher than those in the control group (P 〈 0.05). Meanwhile, the B/A ratio, S-100B protein and NSE levels increased with the increase of TSB level (P 〈 0.05). Compared with the control group, the percentage of CD4+ cells and the ratio of CD4+/CD8+ were lower in the mild, moderate and severe groups (P 〈 0.05). Meanwhile, the percentage of CD4+ cells and the ratio of CD4+/CD8+ decreased with the increase of TSB level (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The correlation between TSB and neurological function and immune function: the level of TSB is positively correlated with B/A ratio, S-100B protein and NSE level, and negatively correlated with percentage of CD4+ cells and CD4+/CD8+ ratio. This indicates that the higher the level of TSB, the greater the effect on neonatal neurological function and immune function.
